I couldn't find the tube clamp parts either, so I improvised. This is a u-shaped bracket I bent a tab on and a pipe clamp. Works just fine. The tab has a hole where the bolt from the oil pan holds it...

I have not seen one from any of the usual suspects. Cardboard and PVC are the only options I've seen other than manufacturing your own.

My 51 226 had no seal on the cowl and water had collected around the rear plugs.

I got 4 out with no problem, but had to soak the back two for a while.

But I don't understand the comment about using conduit to keep the wires away from the metal. The conduit is metal.

Thanks. I have some bondo but figured I'd just wait til I'm ready to get it painted and just sprayed the primer on it so it won't rust. The paint job may have to wait years... :-huh
