Are you still running the original HFCM from the 6.0? The pump is supposed to cut off after 30-ish seconds of KOEO, and pressure should drop quickly once the pump shuts off, it doesn't hold...

Next time take off the intake horn itself instead of taking the plastic hose off the horn, it's only four bolts and the o-ring is usually in good shape. Or buy a metal tube and boots like Rusty...
