I'm not sure of where you are, but around here my fuel mileage drops off about 2 mpg this time of year, given all the snow and oxygenated fuel we have to use.

Sounds like fuse 16 in the CJB might be suspect. (It supplies power to BOTH high beam lamps.)

I think 2003 was the last year for the DOHC...

I think 2003 was the last year for the DOHC 32-valver "Hot Rod Lincoln" engine in the Navigator. Its got a knock sensor so runs fine on 87 octane, but has a tiny bit more poop top end with 91 octane...
