Check out the 6.0 tech folder at the top under "recommended readings temperature and pressure"...... I believe it gives normal and severe duty numbers.

XLT is a trim level, like King Ranch, Lariat, etc. FX4 is an "off road" package that would be in addition to the trim level....skid plates etc would be part of the FX4 truck

I dont know about the sport trac...but I did have an F150 that the indicator didnt line up on...there is a cable with an adjusting wheel underneath the dash by the steering wheel that will line it up...
