Check the line from the PCV to the back of the...

Check the line from the PCV to the back of the intake and the line from the VMValve to the intake ( runs right next to the EGR valve ) for leaks.

Misfire on cylinders 2 and 4, most likely plugs or coils. 2= second cylinder from the front 4 = rear cylinder, both passengers side.

Only time I had success with a chemical as far as a blown head gasket I used KW brand block seal. Used it on a old Luv truck, went from 2 gallons a day to fixed. Not as simple as just pouring it in...
