Sorry my last was worded poorly. I could buy the bushing, I could not find the brackets except used. I guess a piece of small diameter pvc would work pretty well in place of the bronze bushing.

It has some play, it is not a precision fit, but less than 1/8". The brackets were replaced when one of the broke back in 08 or 09.

I don't have a vacuum gauge, and I don't know how to tune the carb other than to adjust the idle fuel screws, but I thought they had nothing to do with how the engine operates at any speed above idle.
