Fuel pressure on the low side of acceptable range

Been trying to troubleshoot a misfire. KOER is 32 psi, KOEO is 30 psi. Range is 30-45 from my research. Truck runs good, but can get pretty doggy and sputtery at times. Just wondering if its possible...

I stand corrected. My memory from a swap thread a while back was regarding 6.9/7.3 IDI and 7.3 power stroke, not 5.4/6.8/6.0. Sorry for the confusion.
