Are u sure it wasn't the ICP sensor you saw oil in and replaced? You mention the IPR being replaced 20K ago later on in your post.

plus, it's common for that stock passenger side fuel line to wear a groove & leak at the support bracket, so keep an eye on it.

And almost forgot, make sure you use new pedestal O-rings when...
