And the heater core on the 87-91 models is so simple to remove (not sure on 92-96) that removing the core and flushing it by itself is a breeze.

I took a set off an '89 in a Pull a Part. They had little Phillips-head screws holding them on. I doubt you'll find aftermarket ones that look factory, your best bet is probably a junkyard.
