I have a 2006 F350 6.0 that I have had same problems. 2 year ago I had the Puke with gas in the coolant.
I found out about BullitproofDiesel.com and put in the Oil cooler kit with the new style EGR...

there is a cure for the oil cooler problem!!!!!!!!
it is Bulletproofdiesel.com.
it replaces the oil cooler.
After I found 1 head warped and it was about 50,000 on my oil cooler I started looking....

I have a 2006 f350 6.0 4X4 that was puking water, but no coolant in the oil and no oil in the coolant.
If you pulled a glow plug and got oil and coolant out of it then I would say you have a blown...

2006 F350 4X4 6.0 when taking the trans cooler lines loose from radiator water was in the fluid.
any idea's on how to flush the tranny? or will draining the tranny, torque converter and cooler...
