Upon trying to remove the nuts attached to the Rear Fender Flares on my 53 F100 bed, the rust has beaten me and broke off three of them. We noticed this isn't really an easy fix...

that's a great idea, I'll be putting that in the idea book for when putting back together.

But for now it seems, the only way to remove this is bolt cutters, or grinding wheel.

53 F100 bed removal help!

Does anyone know what tool or a way to remove this kind of bolt? There is a nut on the bottom but when you turn it, the whole thing just rotates. We've tried clamps, ratchet handles etc....
