I have the same problem as most here with the noise and rough idle to the point of stall out on my 5.4L. i have done phaser's vct solonoids twice and doing my tensioners for the second time right...

I bought the truck at 100k and it now has 120k and i've never cleaned the throttle body, and i have no record of what this truck has been through. I will give the restet of the computer a try and see...

I think i might just install the kit with the 35's i bought then see how it looks. If it looks to funny i will bring it down to a 4" considering the only difference between the two kits is rear block...
