I used some old conveyor belting and cut my flaps to size. I haven't found any aftermarket flaps that look right. I'm thinking about using a stencil to spray paint my own image on them.

Ordered a new plastic tank and sender today. $$$$$!!! I keep thanking myself for not installing a hitch on my truck yet. Its a pain to drop the tank as it is. Thanks for all the advice.

Ya. I think the lines or the fuel pump is plugged. Its spitting chunks of rust/dirt instead of fuel. Greeeaaat! I know what I'm doing tomorrow!
