04 explorer, how to drop fuse panel

Working on a 2004 explorer, need to access the windshield washer pump relay which is on the top side of the fuse box that is under the kick panel inside the cab of the vehicle.

Can't figure out...

rear brake line replacement

I'm going to replace mine before winter, I was checking things out and see that I have a line that runs from the abs valve to the frame near the drivers floorboard then is connected by a union...

Ended up cutting into the bolt heads with 3" die...

Help with carrier bearing removal and vibrations

I started with removing the two bolts that hold the carrier bearing to the crossmember that attaches on each side of the frame, well the clip that basically would hold the "nut part" of the bolt on...

V10 man, I just replaced exhaust manifold studs on both sides

on the passenger side the nuts were so rotted I ended up using 3 size sockets because they were deformed - 13mm, 12mm and 1/2" two...

So I already did both side exhaust manifold studs, both manifolds were in great shape...

Ah so both axle seals are leaking. I'm not sure if there is a difference in dual and single rear wheel axle seals, but because both are leaking I would say...

what did you torque the spanner nut to upon reassembly?

that torque procedure also seats the seal on the spindle
