I tried several times to lay and tape the wires on the floor of the cab and it just didn't work for me plus I didn't like punching a hole in the rear of the cab just for the wires.

I ran mine out...

I used a lot of tie wraps at the start but the small tapes hold it in shape and you can just go over it without having to remove the wraps especially on long runs.

I built a stand similar to yours for the shrinker/stretcher but I made mine with two foot peddles which doesn't take as much horsepower to operate.

I used every kind of 3M, etc. but nothing stacks up to this. You can unwind it some when you are first applying it but after it sets it is a rubber tube that will not come apart.
