And no, I am not but I would imagine putting O2 sensors in would not be possible. That is why I am suggesting to just tune it to run in open loop.

With some custom tuning I don't see any reason...

With some custom tuning I don't see any reason why it couldn't be done. Just lock the thing into open loop and make sure your fuel tables are dialed in. No feedback from O2 sensors required.
