I cannot get anything better than 8.5 mpg pulling...

I cannot get anything better than 8.5 mpg pulling my 9G lb rig at 65 mph. I am envious of some of you guys. (4:30 gears).

Tows my 90000lb rig with absolutely no problem.

My Michelins have held up well but my application is different than yours. I would suggest Nitto. They make a good tire from what I hear and have a wide range to suit various needs.
