I've seen them go as low as 1500 up to 3500 in really good shape. But basically it's worth what someone is willing to pay for it and what you're willing to let it go for.

I cant think of what could be in the tank, I would think if your pump came your truck would stop running. did you check your tank straps or maybe your exhaust is loose back there?

You'll have to buy the whole Gauge cluster if you need a new one or try the salvage yards. I assume there is a problem with your cluster and the light bulbs just doesn't need changing in the light?
