If your ".21" is .21 Amps, then that is still too...

If your ".21" is .21 Amps, then that is still too high. Typical battery drain with key off and modules asleep is about 50 milliamps or less. That's .05 amps. .21 amps is enough to drain your battery...

"No codes stored" takes on different meanings depending on which scanner you are using. Remember that the OBD II scanners ONLY show codes that effect emissions. Using an AE, snap-on, OTC, or Ford...

Get a gage on the fuel rail and test the pressure both when running and when it dies. You can test or you can guess, the choice is yours. Sounds a lot like a failing fuel pump.

Sounds like a coil or spark plug misfiring under load. Have the codes read. Begin by checking coils and plugs. If problem is not resolved, post back what you found and we can go from there.
