The lever, pawl, and rod, are the same as the smaller trucks that use the transmission mounted park brake. Tons of them out there. The sector bracket is different. I may know of some correct ones...

Leaf spring suspension, and regular shocks are stock. The coils were popular for adding to a sagging front end. Sounds like a previous owner had issues with spring sag.
