The pushrod was hitting the intake bolt after it bent. It actually rubbed a notch into the pushrod where it was hitting the bolt. It does not hit the bolt when it is straight.

Does anyone know how to get the tow/haul switch out of the shifter? I got the shift lever off of the truck on the bench, but I can't figure out how to get it apart. I have the typical broken wire...

Yep, that was it. I had looked at the fuse panel inside but everything was OK. Didn't know about the one under the hood. Man they hid that thing in there well. My 04 Super Duty only had a fuse...
