Oh okay, I hsould have known the throttle body was the same, I'm actually using a 302 intake (the rubber pieces) on my 351w.

Well, I know the 302 and 351w's block differences. I know they have different throttle bodies, intakes, etc, 302 is narrower.

It's the electronics, fuel system, etc that im talking about. I dunno...

Differences between 87' 302 and 90 351

I'm trading one of my vehicles for an 87' F150 with a 302. I already have a 1990 Bronco with a 351w.

Was just wondering what differences I should expect between the two motors or vehicles? not...

yeah, it would be tough to get a brand new chain to jump.. but since it wasnt that long ago, you sure the chain is set right?

Yeah, I did a little reading about reference voltages the other day when learning about.. ugh, some sensor, i forget which one, but I went out of my way to check reference and make sure it was okay.....

36s and 3.55s with my 351 is sorta rough, but not unbearable. I've driven a lot of new cars with a lot less pep than this Bronco has... just most of them don't get 10mpg :P
