Originally the C6 would call for type F.
If it was rebuilt and a different fluid was used, stick with that.
I am in a similar boat. 1970 F100, rebuilt C6, no idea what was used after rebuild....

They will be doing one of my 3 rads (whichver is in the best shape)

I just put in a part order at NPD, and they are out of stock, there is only one on eBay - NOS - and would be $15 by...

I just finished installing front mounts, and...

I just finished installing front mounts, and front floors (2-piece) on my 48.
There are a lot of spot welds to release the mounts, actually had to cut an access in the lower cowl to drill a few out....
