When you say amperage you mean voltage, right. 12.5 is good, 11.0 is not. Either way, though, it's real hard to tell if batteries are good or not in the truck. Gotta take them somewhere to be load...

Thanks! It's Eastwood dead flat rat rod black. It's a single stage urethane that sprays pretty well and seems to be pretty tough.
