Sounds like a vacuum hose got knocked off or has a hole in it. Check everything over, especially where it may rub against something else, in addition to checking the brake booster hose as mentioned...

A little off topic...the reason aircraft tires use nitrogen is to eliminate any source of oxygen in the wheel wells after gear retraction. This stemmed from a Mexicana B727 that had a brake dragging...

Pretty common problem in the 04's was the emergency brake(s) sticking. Happened to mine. The levers that actuate the brake in the drum get rusted and can hang up, leaving the e-brake shoes engaging...

I can't speak for your particular exhaust, as I had a Magnaflow 16616 (dual side in front of tire) on mine. But I doubt you would have interference problems, as the RideRites fit pretty well...
