I believe the bolt pattern is the same,i think the f3 came with no rear shocks,may be able to make some out of channel iron,that is my plan.

Best i can find out,a 73-87 chevy c -10 rear axle wms to wms is 63.5 in.,exactly what my 52 f3 is that i want to replace.is there a disc brake kit for the front that has this pattern? Can i redrill...

Any buy one from some of the suppliers? Not really to that stage,but mine is rotted off at the manifolds and cannot stand the fumes when moving in and out of shop

napa 1006 filter cross reference

NAPA 1006 is the filter in the flathead now,anybody know any others that fit? Just looking for options.Thanks
