Disconnect your rear drive shaft. Put it in 4x4...

Disconnect your rear drive shaft. Put it in 4x4 HIGH. If the shake is gone, it's probably your rear drive shaft needing balancing.

Also, can you put another set of known-to-be-balanced tires...
