My cheapie Code Reader has a "Code Clear" button.....

It may take 40-60 drive cycles for the code(s) to clear themselves. I do not recall the exact number.

Did you use that DVM in ohm mode to verify the fuses are good.

If you did then it's time to verify power is getting to the PSOM.

Check Fuses 8 & 18. Most likely it's 18 causing the blank odometer and no speedometer operation. Fuse 8 is keep alive power....

The front axle ratio is normally a "point" or two numerically lower than the rear axle ratio. A 3.55 rear axle ratio would have a corresponding 3.54 front axle ratio for example.

I have never experienced an O2 sensor cause a "miss " issue. If the problem occurs only during humid/wet conditions then you have a electrical connection problem.
