Make sure the new electric pump is for a carburetor, should be 4-7 psi. I have an electric one mounted just in front of the tank and am very happy with it. It greatly reduces crank time before start....

I removed the shortest one. Steering is stock except a Toyota power steering box. I also cut the rubber bump pads down some.
