The problem has been found and rectified. One of the leaf spring bolts wasn't torqued down tight enough and the leaf spring was rubbing back and forth over it when going over rough...

Its not that. Mine isn't on the hitch. It happens more now when taking turns. It may be loosening up and hopefully that will help in finding it. It may be something simple. I hope so.

The vacuum line for the 4x4 system and the line for the fuel rail both originate behind the engine somewhere. I can't see where.
