A faulty PCV can cause the rear main to leak. Excessive crank end play can also cause it to leak as well. You can put a dial indicator on the end of the crank (with acc. belts removed) to check it.

Being that it's a 351w, my bet would be that it's coming from the rear main seal and if it has a bunch of miles on it, then it's likely that the thrust bearing has excessive wear.
