Whats wrong with it? Is it auto or manual? Dealer can tell by vin. Never heard of a two piece fly wheel.

If the new motor is good that's where I would start. New or rebuilt motor? Check the tracks, clean and oil as necessary.

Best I've seen around here is 3.59 a gallon. And I believe it's back to 3.68 in Norco California. Suppost to go up in January with the new EPA rules, we'll see.

And FYI, E99 7.3L in California do have to have Cat's with Auto trans. I have one. And sticks did not on the E99. It changed after that.

Considering the CPS is $25.oo at Ford, they really saw you coming. Never heard of a new and improved model IDM. But if this gives you piece on mind I guess it was worth it. Good luck on your trip.

Clay's also have O-rings so you don't have to use sealant. So I'd say it's your choice. I like the o-ring style myself.

If it were mine and it ran great, I would in know way let you hook up that scanner. But that's me, that said if it runs great you don't need it any way. If there's a problem that's different.

Change the CPS on the front of the motor. There like $25.oo, if the number 30 fuse is blown, umplug fuel blow heater and replace the fuse and start it up. I don't think that fuse is your problem if...
