I am 6'8" tall and I can find a comfortable seating position in the wifes edge. I don't know what would be causing your entry and exit problems.

I would say yes, you have a vacuum leak. I found mine by slightly pressurizing the vacuum lines going to the auto hubs. It is much easier to find a pressure leak than a vacuum leak.

Mine was not replaced for sloppy steering, just the oposite. The steering became hyper sensitive. I only drove it a few hundred miles in this state.

The wife has an 08 edge Limited AWD. She gets about 15 mpg in town and 20-22 mpg on the highway. The car gets around great in snow. She really loves this car.
