Battery disconnected.
Instrument cluster is unplugged and out.
Fuse #18 is out.
Continuity exists on both sides...

In the Dash fuse panel #18 10 amp fuse was blown.
Apparently the short condition causing this still exists as the replacement (first) didn't last long.

I did sacrifice a second replacement. ...
