If it was my 4500 I'd sit on it and keep looking just judging from all of the pictures and it being a conversion.

My buddy just sold his 96 and I believe it had 4 wheel ABS for $2,000 the same day he posted it on craigslist. He never had any issues with it, just a daily commuter.

Painless is the way to go for the wiring harness! A 302 is perfect for daily driving but you might want to make a budget for the rebuild or those numbers can add up fairly easy. I'd also recommend...

I would recommend painting it maybe even undercoating it if you don't care what it will look like. It'll save you money down the road.
