I am in CA, grade was steep, little over a 1000ft elevation change in about 2 miles. That was still the bottom of the hill I stopped when the temp hit 250.

Yes I did, had to drill a hole in the back to run the wires through. If I remember right it just screws in. You need to pull the bezel around the radio off.

That could be a pain, my only concern is my check light flickers during hard acceleration, it does not stay lite. I don't know if the hand scanner will catch the problem after the fact.

I am looking for a OBD II scanner and am torn between the laptop setup or the Equus 3140.

brake warning light

My brake warning light is coming on at random, brakes are all good, fluid is full, only other symptom and I am not sure it is related. My door ajar light came on 3 hours...
