Thanks, Mine is 14g floor plate and 11g square tubing and 3 inch C channel. 4 of us picked it up easily so I would say it weighs 250 lbs maybe. I could pick one side up by myself before I welded it...

No You have to come up about an inch 1.5 inches from the highest place in the middle to get the filler necks under it. I had the plate broke over 3 inches on the sides and it leaves it with about 7...

I can not comment on your old f150 but pulling that kind of load in hills using cruise is not really going to work well. On these older trucks it makes it shift to much. I think its fine on the flats...

I don't know if you have looked into the price of an ARB or ox electric locker but they are pricey. Be ready to drop $1500 on locker and install. The Lsd works pretty good especially if you rebuild...

Thanks warren that helps. My drivers cylinder is garbage also so I guess I will look into new cylinders for the column and the doors from an 89-96 since that is what the doors are.
