No need to loc-tite the bolts for the oil pan. Just when you attach the oil pan to the block, you need to have the transmission in place already, and you need to put a spacer (.001", I think)...

On mine it was obvious; the plastic nipple part broke at the elbow. I epoxied it back together, putting extra material around the elbow.

I don't think Aerostar engines have separate oxygen sensors for each bank; there are 2 installed downstream of where the Y pipe joins, one before and one after the cat, so there is only 1 "bank".
