Those Piper Cubs were built in my town, Lock Haven, PA. Every summer they have a Fly-In. Cubs and other Pipers come in from all over the country and meet at the old factory.

Isn't that neat how they put the pinstiping designs on the beds of those old work trucks. Now, yours isn't a FORD Script bed is it? Who is the maker of your bed? I have seen beds like that before.

Yes, this is true! Last week I got a low pressure brake switch and the shipping to PA was only $4! Now it took more than a week to get to me but that was the fault of the USPS not MidFifty!

I have to fix the seat in my 54 F100. The vinyl cover put on in 1977 is OK but the zig-zag springs under the drivers seat are broken and I really sit low when I drive. Horse hair and decomposed foam...

The mirrors on my 70 F350 are in great shape but my nuts (acorn that is) are rusted too. I want to buy new ones at the hardware store but that is low on my priority list right now.

My 70 F350 has mirrors like that. I think the mirrors were used for sure 68-72. Number Dummy will be able to tell you exactly what years.
