Most people just use two bolts though. One at the rear for the manifolds and one at the front for the coil. Here's mine.

300 is an inline six so theoretically it's naturally balanced. Mine doesn't have any weights on the damper pulley or the flexplate. Just find a 300 or 302 flexplate and knock the weights off if need...
