I had them on my old bronco the one side was a like a bobble head. Had to keep a piece of wood wedged under it so it wouldn't flop around the toothed swivel part was stripped out.

Its on the front passenger frame rail on top by the engine. It may be hard to see if your frames rusty or covered in all these years of dirt and grease build up. A wire brush may be handy to help...
