Unless somebody has really dockered it up, brake lines are steel. And I'm sure if you get to checking it out, that's what you will find, you can replace it with a line from napa or other parts store....

Oversized pistons will be stamped on the head with the oversize, may have to do some good cleaning to find it.

I think the main bearing area was weak in the 292 blocks, the 312 blocks were made stronger, and if that's right, boring metal out would make things weaker.

The trans will have to match the engine in your truck, and be 4x4, or 2x4 which ever yours is. Best bet would be to buy a donner truck, that way you'd have everthing you needed.

The trans may be leaking from the 3 small rubber plugs on the back side of the shifter cover. Clean the trans good and keep watching for the leak, you don't want that trans to get low on oil.

You could always cut a section out of the brake petal shaft, and weld it back togather, making it closer to the height of the gas petal.
