I had a similar problem when I got my truck, hazards worked, turn signals didn't, easy fix right, went to Advance and bought a new relay switch, put it in and nothing.....long story short, try this...

No, it was but I just replaced the steering gearbox, and pressure hose, had a leak running down the pitman arm, that's how I learned about Type F Trans Fluid, it got low and I refilled it with PS...
