The last one I took apart did not have the ratio stamped on the ring gear it was smooth all the way around. Can you count the ring teeth and the pinion teeth and divide them?

I am getting my 12 volt power from the plug...

I am getting my 12 volt power from the plug mentioned and it seems good it reads 13.6 volts on the meter. I have looked the carb over I cant find a set screw anywhere.

I took the plastic caps off and the two screws...

I took the plastic caps off and the two screws makes no change in the rich condition they can be all the way in or all the way out and it still smokes black at idle and the vacum gauge reads 17-18...
