The caliper mounts are part of the knuckle. The D50 TTB knuckle will not swap with a D60. However, a D50 solid knuckle will swap with a ball joint D60 up till 05.

It's F-Superduty parts that you need not the 99+ Superduty ones. Basically a new master, reservoir on the PS pump for return, new hydraulic lines and a larger cooler wouldn't hurt.

It's not the same, the E4OD uses a on/off solenoid for TC lockup, the 4R100 is PWM.

That's not necessarily true. I have had the CPS go out on both of my 7.3's and both had the WTS light come on briefly during that time.
