Check all cables and body& frame to engine...

Also one thing many guys over look is resurfacing the flywheel for a good clutch job.
But the bad is if the flywheel bolts are starting to be rubbed on the heads of the bolts

Hmm time to pull it apart, maybe someone left in the old ford springs in it when they installed the warn hubs. Or bad bearing like listed above.
