Knock the rivets out of the front spring hanger...

Knock the rivets out of the front spring hanger and flip it over. You'll have to get wedge shims to reset the pinion angle. should get you 2-3 inches.

No way of knowing if the ignition switch is original but you should be able to pop a door lock and take it to a locksmith to get a key made.
