i used 02 mustang mounts on the eng and had to cut and narrow the actual frame stands approx 3/4 " to get the eng where i liked it and used the stock 77 trans mount just cut and relocated my plate...

i do know that you will have to grind a notch in the rear flange of the trans to clear the shift rod on the 205 ive already done that on my 5 speed and from what ive read none of the newer trans...

im sure if you have some descant fab skills you could use some 2x3 or 2x4 tubing and raise it up just need to make sure it is all supported properly

my 2 cents im doing a similar project 4.6 4v with a 5 speed in a 77

anyway use a 87-96 fuel tank if your using the newer cluster and an 86 tank if u use the original cluster both will fit...
