That is I believe 3/4 or 5/8 inch heater hose, they sell it at any auto parts store. Take a piece with you to make sure when you go to the store.

The amount of oil that entered your engine is not going to hurt anything. Replace your cam cover gaskets, install your new plugs and COP's. If nothing else is wrong you should be fine.

The wiring harness should be fine the 5.4's is longer than the 4.6, the 5.4 timing cover will not work on the 4.6. I could be wrong but I think the 5.4 has an 8 bolt fly wheel and the 4.6 is 6 bolt....
