If it has the FX4 package, that package might cost $500 or so new. It's a sticker, fake Rancho shocks and two skid plates. This shouldn't be a deal breaker for you if you found a nice XL truck.

I agree, these engines seem to be trouble-free. I was questioning the post that said that Ford has a lot of problems with these engines. Down in the 6.2 forums there are minimal issues reported.

If you go with a spray in liner then do not get the Ford factory one, the warranty is only 3/36. Line-x has a lifetime warranty at any dealer in US. Not sure about Rhino but it's probably similiar.

Some 2011's had issues with the transmissions. There was a TSB to replace solenoids, etc that seemed to have cured most. Take it on a good test...
